What is Wild Oak Farm's Shipping Policy?
Shipping (US)
- We ship via USPS and all orders are based on weight.
- For any shipping questions please email us.
- Any lost or damaged packages, please reach out to USPS.
Shipping (Canada)
- International shipping rates and rules vary. Please contact us with any questions before placing your order.
- Outside of the United States, customs or duty charges may apply. Wild Oak Farms cannot predict and is not responsible for any customs or duty charges that the recipient may incur.
Please note: We cannot be responsible for packages that are lost/stolen by any mail carrier service unless we make a mistake on the shipping address. Also, shipping prices and timing may vary during promotional periods.
Timing of your Order and Delivery:
- Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1-2 business days following receipt.
- You will receive an order confirmation by email the same day of your order. You will receive an email with shipping confirmation when the order ships. If you are not able to find your order or shipping confirmation emails, please be sure check your spam or promotions folder.
- Processing and shipping timing are subject to change when you place an order during a promotion or during a holiday period. Please contact us directly at wildoakfarmsinfo@gmail.com if you have questions regarding shipping time estimates.
- Business days for purposes of shipping and shipping-time estimates are Monday through Friday, excluding US National and Federal Holidays.
- All orders are subject to reconfirmation of inventory on hand.
