dutch baby pancakes

dutch baby pancakes

You guessed it. With goat's milk.

We are all about no BS recipes- that anyone can make, that also use farm fresh ingredients.

This treat you can make any time of that day, and for any occasion literally contains three ingredients

Milk, All-Purpose flour and farm fresh eggs.

1/2 cup Milk- I used Goats Milk! I do this for many reasons. We have it. And its easier on my gut! For those, or those who have children who can't tolerate a lot of dairy- this is golden.

1/2 cup of flour.

3 large eggs.

Mix all of the above together. Set aside.

Preheat the oven to 425- and in a *cast iron* throw a quarter of a stick of butter in the pan and melt it while the oven heats up. Watch so that the butter doesn't burn. If your oven runs hot, maybe wait to melt it until the oven is to temp.

After the butter is melted- pull the cast iron out and add the 3 simple ingredients you have already mixed.

The End.

Kidding- cook for about 15-20 minutes. Again, watch! the sides will rise and might get crispy.

Top with fruit, sugar, powdered sugar, chocolate drizzle.. all of that.. whatever you want!

Easy!  And it looks fancy, so you can do this to impress someone.  You are welcome.
